As all of us grapple with how to cope during the COVID-19 pandemic, you’d think I’d take solace in a blog like mine. To be honest? It’s too painful. For months I’ve actually found it rather tortuous to look at enticing photos of far off destinations that are so far from my radar right now. It’s not that I’ve given up on travel, it’s just too soon. And that sucks.
So, you might be surprised by what I’m about to share, but after finding this incredibly clever site I suddenly found my inner traveler delighted once again. The rattle of Rome’s cobblestones. The charm of narrow Parisian streets. The bustle of London at rush hour. Lisbon….Delhi…Madrid…Berlin… It’s all here and you’re in the front seat, with local radio, to boot.
